Live. is meant to be a place that will promote conversation about how to live and be fit, healthy and happy. The things we eat and the physical activities we take part in are intertwined closely with our happiness. Our philosophy has three parts: live fit, live healthy and live happy. This seems like such a simple idea but it is easy to lose balance. When our fitness and diet are not up to par, everything else seems to fall apart with it.
Living FIT. The idea of living fit is you workout to live, not live to workout. What is the point of all the hard work if you can't have some fun along with it. We have been dying to have a workout where people are there because they truly enjoy breaking a sweat and pushing it to the limit. A place that doesn't make you feel pressured, but instead motivated to work out as hard as you possibly can. Well, we couldn't find such a place so we decided to create one.
Living HEALTHY. This is the good part! Healthy eating doesn't have to be such a burden. If you put effort into learning about ingredients, good and bad, you will want to make the right decision. When you savor and appreciate your food, you are less likely to stuff your face. We do think there is always room for a cookie or that occasional margarita and that is what the workouts are for! Check in for occasional updates on healthy eating and crazy, unconventional foods that will keep you feeling your best.
Living HAPPY. This is the part where it all comes together. Living happy is about balance. It is possible to do it all…workout, eat well, rest, have fun, have a career, build relationships and enjoy life! You just have to have the motivation and the tools to balance it all out. Hopefully, we can help ya with that.

We may throw in some travel ideas, book recommendations, and you can definitely expect to see restaurant tips since Kati is an official stalker of Houston restaurants!
